As you can see it’s a diagram representing the factors causing the point up to unemployment in the country , Pakistan is a country notorious for many things it has corruption unsystematic way to work, speedily growing inflation, poverty among people’s lack of awareness that points towards the lack of knowledge and proper education. here we discuss the major problem faced by youngsters/fresh graduates which is “unemployment” and about 2.69million people are estimated to be unemployed in 2007-2008.
1. High growth population: The total population of Pakistan has been reached up to 16-17million, Pakistan is world’s 6th most populated country though it is continuously having the high population rate which is estimated to be 1.73% up to 2.50% each year and if it will be going up like that than one day it will be standing at world’s high populous ranking countries like china, india and usa no doubt 4th will be replacing Pakistan.
I. Negative impacts: actually a very high rate of joblessness will occur , poverty will increase so the poor people’s would be having difficulties surviving each day will be a toughest task and vice versa.
II Remedies:
a) family planning organizations by government which should be aimed to create awareness between people’s.
2. Political instability: if we have a glimpse to the past so Pakistan is said to be a country which is again and again overwhelmed by the people’s governing it , there are so many decisions and projects were made to devise a proper system but those were left unfulfilled because the new pm of country often get dissatisfied and rejects to give approval hence the political games and improper system has weakened the country from its roots. If something positive happens by a new pm so it is ruined by other parties or target killers i.e terrorist which results the rage and violence between people and things gets perplexed again. The most famous city which is targeted to be a biggest terrorism place is Karachi which is known as the biggest city of Pakistan.
I. Negative impacts due to political instability: sudden uplift of inflation , uplift of corruption and violence , damaging and effecting the important sectors (i.e education system , uplift of expenditures that are hard to handle by common man also the unemployment ratio goes up because of the government/system for being worse etc.
3. Lack of skills orienting trainings/education: The present education system of Pakistan can not be said job/skills oriented which is essential step to proper development of country, in the absence of vocational and technical education , the large number of youth remains jobless.
i.e the government and private institutes doesn’t trains the students to quickly tact the problems, they are fail to develop the confidence and credibility among students , the students often seems to be low-spirited and lazy to study hence there are many graduates/post graduates holding degrees in hands are jobless.
